2. When you visit our website

When you visit our website, our server collects the following information from your device: browser type and version, operating system, previously visited website (“referrer”), IP address, and time of page access.

We collect and process this data to ensure the smooth operation of our website and to detect, prevent, and prosecute misuse of our services. Furthermore, we use the data for statistical purposes, for example, to evaluate which devices and browsers are used to access our platform, so that we can continuously adapt and improve our offering. This data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

All personal data mentioned above will be deleted no later than twelve months after collection.

3. Processors

For the operation of our website, we use the technical services of ALL-INKL.COM, 02742 Friedersdorf as a processor in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

4. Contact

If you use a contact form or chat function on our website, we process the data you provide; this may include your name and email address in addition to your message.

If you send us an email, we store your message along with the sender data transmitted (name, email address, and possibly other information provided by your email program and the transmitting servers). For the reception, storage, and dispatch of emails, we use the services of Microsoft Corp. (USA) as a processor in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest in answering your message and responding to any follow-up questions (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data collected with your message no later than twelve months after the last communication with you on the matter, subject to the regulation in the following paragraph.

If you send us a legally relevant statement regarding an existing contractual relationship, the legal basis for processing, regardless of the transmission method, is also Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In this case, we delete the related data once all mutual claims from the contractual relationship have been settled and the statutory commercial and tax retention periods have expired.

5. Newsletter

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will keep you informed by email about news from our company (direct advertising from and for us). You will not receive more than one newsletter per week. You can object to the use of your email address for advertising purposes at any time without incurring costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.

This data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Once you withdraw your consent, we will delete your email address from our newsletter distribution list.

As a technical service provider for sending our newsletter, we use the services of Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin (processor under Article 28 GDPR).

6. Use of cookies

If you have consented to the use of cookies, we place one or more “cookies” on your device. A cookie is a small text file that allows us to recognize your device when you return to our website. Cookies also enable us to analyze user behavior, such as which areas of the site you view, how long you stay, and how often you return. Cookies we place are deleted no later than twelve months after your last visit.

This data processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can prevent cookies from being placed by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings to reject cookies for our site or all websites. You can also delete already stored cookies there.

7. Google services

If you have consented, we use certain Google services on our website. If you visit our site from within the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland, “Google” refers to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; otherwise, it is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

General information on Google’s data usage can be found at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

8. Google Analytics

If you have consented, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google. Google places cookies on your device to collect information on how you use our website. This information is transmitted to a Google server, analyzed, and made available to us. We use this information to better understand visitor interests, evaluate the success of our marketing, and improve our offering.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Google acts as our processor under Article 28 GDPR, based on a data processing agreement including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can view this agreement at: privacy.google.com/businesses/processorterms

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. This means your IP address is usually shortened within the GDPR area so it can no longer be traced back to you. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent cookie storage by adjusting your browser software settings.

9. Google Maps

If you have consented, our website uses Google Maps, a Google service for displaying street maps and satellite images. Your device downloads these images directly from Google when you access a page containing such content. Google thus receives your IP address, operating system, browser type and version, and possibly your location, and may use this data for its own business purposes.

10. Facebook Pixel, Custom Audience, Conversion Tracking

We use Facebook Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Dublin, or Meta Platforms Inc., USA) to define website visitors as target audiences (“Custom Audience”) for Facebook ads. With the help of an invisible graphic file integrated into our website, we analyze user behavior and derive product or topic interests. Facebook Pixel also helps us measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads (“Conversion Tracking”).

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in advertising to likely interested audiences and analyzing the effectiveness of our online marketing.

11. Social Media

Our website may display social media buttons, recognizable by platform logos (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, XING). These are simple links to the respective platforms. Clicking such a link will open the platform’s page, transmitting your device’s IP address and the referrer URL. We do not collect or process any data ourselves in connection with these buttons.
